Lakhimpur Medical College North

Lakhimpur Medical College & Hospital (LMCH) is one of the newest government medical institutions in Assam, located in North Lakhimpur, a strategic and serene location in Upper Assam. It was established in 2021 under the initiative of the Government of Assam to expand medical education and strengthen healthcare infrastructure in the region.

Affiliated with the Srimanta Sankaradeva University of Health Sciences and recognized by the National Medical Commission (NMC), LMCH offers a MBBS course with an annual intake of 100 students. The college is committed to nurturing competent and compassionate healthcare professionals through modern medical education and hands-on clinical training.
